  The response of our technician and his mannerism was great. He was knowledgeable and respectful. However, this plumber is EXTREMELY high priced. We paid about $1500 for a new sump pump and battery back up. I had no idea how much a sump pump should cost but everyone I talked to was shocked when I mentioned what we paid. I called to get an itemized receipt but they don't give those. Am I disappointed in the product/service, no, but apparently what I am paying for is their "warranty" which I think I could have found many more plumbers who would stand behind their product for $1000 less. I would not recommend this company based on price alone. I just felt like we were fully taken advantage of in our basement flooding and that's about the worst time to screw someone over.
  
  Edit in response: Nowhere did I say your customer service or technician was poor. I am not satisfied with the price. Had I known the price in comparison with other plumbers who also have great reviews, I would not have continued with your company. Never did I say you pressured me or I didn't know the price up front. Im simply stating that I don't think your so called "warranty/word" is worth the price difference of other plumbers in the area, which we actually had to pay for the "Diamond Service." This is my opinion and I wouldn't recommend your company and don't appreciate the snarkiness in your response. Good luck in your future business.
